Raw Material Evaluation
Raw Material Evaluation:
The incoming raw materials undergo rigorous testing in our laboratory to ensure quality
and purity. Our analytical team employs a range of techniques, including,
- Fourier transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) is used to identify molecular
structures and detect contaminants. - Gas chromatography (GC) is utilized to separate, identify and quantify the
components of the raw materials. - Physical methods like specific densities, sniff test, color bulk and particle size
analysis are employed to evaluate the materials.
By combining these analytical techniques, we comprehensively characterize the raw
materials and verify compliance with our stringent quality standards.
